satellite picon and picon 50x30: ignore no UTF-8 and ASCII char in group name
and support for sat. name in group name ..13.0E.., ..13,0E..
- added new options in download menu: piconSat 50x30 black and white
- added new OLED type: "Duo2 Snr,Agc,RPM,Temp. 2"
- changed option: show satellite picon - no, yes, piconSat only
- changed management of OLED type, so after update and restore will be set to
default type then you can set your favourite OLED type
- added/changed: if list of cities is empty add None city only and change the
first city in list as default city
